A Partner at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Richa Roy advances legal and regulatory reform shaping resilient markets. An Oxford and Chevening-trained lawyer, she has helped design insolvency and financial-resolution frameworks unlocking over USD 100 billion in stalled capital and advised on the UK–India Free Trade Agreement. Drawing on her UK education, she continues to shape next-generation reforms at the intersection of regulation, innovation, and trade.
