Pavan Kumar Sriram, a social entrepreneur and founder of Kohort and The Growth Collective, advances equitable access to higher education and leadership. A Swansea alumnus and first-gen Erasmus Mundus and Dorothy Hodgkin Scholar, he has reached 15M+ learners and mentored 1,100+ to secure £28M in funding. A survivor of abuse, he transforms lived trauma into systemic pathways for underserved communities, including queer youth in India.
