The workshops on emotional intelligence, mindfulness and managing your behaviour are designed to help you manage your emotions, stress and behaviour, explore their relevance in today’s challenging times, and offer fresh perspective through practical examples.

Curated by experts, the workshops will facilitate discussions, share techniques, ideas and tools to help participants to focus their energy and improve productivity.

The Well You - Managing your EQ

By the end of the session, you should be able to: 

  • self-evaluate your own emotional intelligence and use practical tips to increase EQ in everyday life
  • practise strategies to increase empathy
  • identify strategies to manage emotions and stress better
  • learn to use the Johari Window to become more self-aware and improve your relationship with others.

  • identify the difference between sympathy and empathy
  • understand the importance of empathy in personal and professional life

  • use the Johari Window to identify blind spots, develop self-awareness and to build better relationships in the context to work and your personal life.
