Step 1: First contact

Find out about our services and contact us to know more.

Step 2: Discussion and needs analysis

Our academic experts work with you to establish your training needs and create the right proposal for your organisation.

Step 3: Placement test

Course participants complete a level assessment (for business English and language improvement courses). Course objectives and a study plan are agreed with you, so that expectations are understood and aims met. 

Step 4: Proposal and contract

We will send you a training proposal and course outline with course timings and cost. Once you approve, we issue the contract.

Step 5: Evaluation and progress

Individual and group feedback takes place throughout and at the end of each course to ensure training aims are being met. All courses include action planning to enhance your return on investment.

Step 6: Report and certificate

Employees who successfully complete the course receive a personalised report and British Council attendance certificate. The report outlines progress and makes specific recommendations for future training.
