  • Understand and practice the role of a facilitator, recorder and contributor in a brainstorming session

  • Analyse problems and challenges with specific tools

  • Break down a problem into small parts to focus on solutions and execution of effective plans

  • Understand and reflect on decision-making and problem-solving processes using effective models

  • Create criteria for an ideal solution

  • Build a decision-making matrix
