Through powerful stories, engaging literature, and cross-cultural conversations, we celebrate young people as changemakers, innovators, and dreamers. Join us as we honour the spirit of youth—their resilience, creativity, and vision for a better world. Together, let’s recognise and uplift the voices that are shaping our future.
Where: British Council Library in New Delhi, Chennai, or Kolkata on Fridays.

Celebrating International Youth Day with two short films from BAFTA 2024: a British Council Touring Programme Film: Crab Day - Director Ross Stringer, Writer Aleksandra Sykulak, Producer Bartosz Stanislawek. Duration: 11 min Synopsis: As part of a fishing community’s annual ritual, a young boy must kill his first crab in order to become a man and gain his father’s approval.
