The post holder will be expected to:

  • provide enquiry and registration services for full range of British Council offers and support the Meet and Greet function in respective offices
  • work closely with business teams to resolve customer enquiries, providing an engaging and friendly customer experience
  • operate within clear guidelines, defined procedures and quality standards subject to close supervision
  • collect and record information regarding enquiries as per the guidelines, and be responsible for converting enquiries into registrations.
