"The Spiral of Life" is a thought-provoking documentary that explores the cyclical nature of human existence through intricately woven porcelain pods. By metaphorically representing life as a seed, pod, and cycle of birth, growth, and rebirth, the film highlights the interconnectedness of the human experience. Using traditional English slip cast techniques, the artist creates delicate porcelain pods that symbolise the fragility and beauty of life. The documentary invites viewers to reflect on the nature of existence and our place within the universe, emphasising the idea that we are all part of a larger whole.
