The Hugli riverfront is witness to the growth of the settlement that was formed by the amalgamation of three villages of Kolikata, Sutanati and Gobindopur. This documentary captures a heritage walk undertaken by students and researchers of geography, trying to capture the ways in which migrants envisage heritage through their lived experiences along the riverfront. There are no actors in this documentary - only the walk is filmed as it happens. All interviews were impromtu. The walk covers the stretch between Chitpur to Chandpal Ghat, and looks at myriad heritage precincts that have been linked with the lives and livelihoods of the people along the Hugli.

Special guests: Shri Gautam Ghosh (Film maker), Shri Debashis Sen (MD, HIDCO), Prof. Dhrubojyoti Ghosh (VC, Sister Nivedita University) and Dr. Kalyan Rudra, Chairman WB Pollution Control Board
