Title: TEXTURE Magazine
Medium: Print Magazine

TEXTURE is an independent zine exploring themes of identity, culture, migration and memory through the lens of food. This issue, based in London, includes interviews, essays, recipes, and editorials from home kitchens across London, as well as speculative materials grown from food waste. Whether through immigrant condiments or compostable textiles, the zine challenges fixed ideas of what food should look, taste, or feel like, and who gets to define that.
