From Where I Stand is an international print and multimedia exhibition curated by twenty young people from India and Scotland. It explores the existing and possible future relationships between the two nations, and the universal themes of inclusive and sustainable narratives for the future.
The exhibition is an outcome of the year-long curatorial fellowship Future Flow created by Edinburgh Printmakers and Flow India as part of the British Council’s India-UK Together Season of Culture 2022, celebrating the 75th anniversary of India’s Independence. It features the work of artist printmakers Anupa Gardner, Claire Barclay, Nishi Chodimella, Shiva Nallaperumal, Sonia Mehra Chawla, Sushanta Guha and Swapnaa Tamhane.
