The Reading Quest is a dynamic three-week reading challenge for adults, designed to encourage readers to rediscover the joy of reading while engaging more deeply with literature. In celebration of the National year of Reading in the UK and its theme Go All In, this initiative combines guided reading through creative book prompts with reflective writing, fostering both reading habits and fuelling creativity.
What to Expect:
- Read a minimum of 2 books in three weeks from our physical collection, selected from book prompts
- Submit a minimum of 2 book reviews
- Attend a guided session on writing engaging book reviews
- Explore a wide range of books from the library collection
Key Dates:
- Registration closes: 25 May 2026
- Orientation: 30 May 2026
- Reading period begins: 1 June – 20 June 2026
