A celebration of imagination and expression for every child!
As part of our Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibition, we’re thrilled to host a Drawing and Painting Session for Children – a joyful, non-competitive space where young participants can express their creativity and their connection with nature.
Theme: Coexisting with Wildlife
Children will be encouraged to bring to life their ideas of harmony with nature through art and add a short note on why coexisting with wildlife and conserving biodiversity is important.
Event Details:
- Date: 24 May 2025, Saturday
- Time: 11am to 1pm
- Venue: The Library, British Council, 17 Kasturba Gandhi Marg, New Delhi - 110001
- Age Group: 7–14 years
- Materials: Basic art supplies will be provided. Children are welcome to bring their own favourite supplies too.
Who can participate?
This session is exclusively open to British Council Library Family Membership holders.
Eligible children aged 7 to 14 years are welcome to participate. No prior art experience is needed - just imagination, enthusiasm, and a love for animals and wildlife!
Participation and Recognition
This is not a competition. We believe that every child is a creator and every expression is valid.
Each participant will receive a Certificate of Participation.
