As a British Council student at our three English Learning Centres in Kolkata, you will be a member of a community of learners from all over India and the world.

Each year, we help thousands of people, just like you, develop their communicative language skills to achieve professional, academic and social goals.

Centrally and conveniently located in Camac Street, Prince Anwar Shah Road (Tollygunge) and New Alipore road, our three state-of-the-art english learning centres provide you with the best possible learning experience.

Our expert teachers, interactive methodology and small class sizes make us your preferred option to enhance your English learning.

We offer a range of courses for adults (18+ years) and young learners (7 to 17 years).

Our adult courses help you develop the skills to communicate clearly and effectively in English. In addition, our IELTS Preparation courses provide the input and practice you need to maximise your score in all four parts of the test to achieve the band score you need.

For young learners, our courses focus on enhancing the confidence and language that children need not only for their studies and social life but for their future careers too.

Registrations open for classes throughout the year for any term. New batches start every 6 weeks in Kolkata. Register now!

Our regular courses for adult learners are starting from 6 April and young learners from 5 April 2020. Young learner intensive classes starting from 19 March 2020.

The Kolkata Library and Teaching Centres will be open on Sundays from 7 July 2019 onwards. We are pleased to inform you that the Consultation for courses will be held on all days from Monday to Sunday from 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
