We understand the needs of teachers and the challenges they face. We provide courses to help teachers improve their classroom practice and theoritical knowledge.
We also provide language improvement courses and teaching methodology workshops.
Our courses for teachers and trainers are suited for school, college and university academic professionals.
We focus on all areas of communication to improve participants' English language skills to prepare them to better cope with academics and for a future in a competitive English-speaking world.
We offer customsied - general, spoken and business English.
Our courses for academic excellence are suited for college and university students.
We offer a skills based course which uses both a course book and a reader to engage children and capture their imagination.
The course book is designed to provide a structure to the lessons – with skills, grammar and vocabulary focus. We use a graded reader on our courses to encourage children to get into the habit of reading, learning new vocabulary and improve their reading skills. Each section of the book is used as a springboard for further language work. The child will also maintain a reading log.
Our courses for young achievers are suited for school children between the ages of 8 and 15 years old.
We also offer a sponsored student scheme for organisations who choose to send their staff or students to our premises for our regular public courses.
As a part of this scheme, our team will support your candidates with level assessment booking, reserving course slots and registering the candidate. The organisation's management team will receive mid-term and end-term reports of all candidates as well. The course fee will be the same as what is charged for a regular candidate at our Centres.
As a part of this option, there will be no customisation of course and syllabus will be taught as per term plan.
This scheme is extended to young achievers, adults, teachers and trainers. It is ideal for organisations who have only a few candidates to be trained.
Step 1: Discussion and Needs Analysis
We work with you to establish your training needs and create the right proposal for your organisation. Call or email us and we will send you more information to begin the process.
Step 2: Proposal and Contract
We will send you a training proposal and course outline with course timings and cost. Once you approve, we issue the contract.
Step 3: Placement test
Every participant completes a placement test. The course objectives are set out at the start based on the result of the placement test and further needs analysis, to manage aims and expectations.
Step 4: Evaluation and progress
Individual and group feedback takes place during mid-course and end of each course to ensure training aims are being met. All courses include action planning to enhance your return on investment. The organisation management will also receive mid-course and end of course feedback reports.
Step 5: Report and Certificate
Every participant who attends a minimum of 78% of their course receives a personalised report and British Council attendance certificate. The end of course report outlines progress and makes specific recommendations for future training.
