Dr Thanga is a medical doctor and health informatics expert who works as the Chief Medical Information Officer (CMIO) at Apollo Hospital. He has over 30 years of experience in India, the United Kingdom, and Abu Dhabi.
Dr. Prabhu earned his MBBS from Madras University in 1989 and his post-graduation in Health Informatics from Swansea University in 2005. He hasworked as the Clinical Director for GE Healthcare IT in South Asia for over a decade. He also worked as a Medical Officer in Internal and Emergency Medicine at the Ministry of Health in Abu Dhabi.
Dr. Prabhu is serves as a member on many American and Indian medical Associations. Dr. Prabhu is also an International Ambassador for Swansea University.
