Culture Fridays - Panel Discussion: 100 Years of A Passage to India

Join us for an exclusive panel discussion celebrating the centenary of ‘A Passage to India’ written by E.M. Forster OM CH, one of the most iconic novels in English literature.
Moderated by Michael Houlgate, Deputy Director, British Council India, the discuss will feature following speakers:
- Professor Harish Trivedi – Renowned Scholar and Editor of 100 Years of A Passage to India: International Assessments
- Professor Rupert Snell – Distinguished Expert on South Asian Literature (Online)
- Professor Vinita Bhatnagar – Literary Critic and Writer, known for her explorations of Indian literature and colonial history in contemporary narratives.
The session will feature scholarly analysis alongside creative reflections on the novel’s lasting relevance.
