My exam has been cancelled, can I reschedule?

All Exams are temporarily suspended. Registrations will be open once restrictions have been lifted, unfortunately we do not have a date for this at present.

How can I apply for a refund for a cancelled/suspended exam?

If your exams has been suspended, we will be in contact via email to find a suitable time to reschedule your exam.

We will be refunding all cancelled exams via the payment method used at purchase.

How long will British Council exams be suspended?

Exam have been suspended until 30 April 2020.

Due to the nature of Covid-19, we may have to change this date. Check here for regular updates.

When and how will I receive my exam results?

We do not have a date for the release of your exam results.  Our exams team are currently processing your results and will provide them as soon as possible.

Are you planning to organise other sessions for young learners Cambridge exams?

We will be organising new sessions as soon as our offices and teaching centres are able to re-open. We do not have a date set for this yet.

Can you send a confirmation to my university that the exam was cancelled?

Yes. Please send an email to examscustomercare@britishcouncil.org with details of your test and where you would like the information to be sent to.
