Aditi is an illustrator, author and printmaker from Karnal, India. In 2024, she graduated with distinction from the MA in Children’s Book Illustration at the Cambridge School of Art, UK.
Aditi has worked with Penguin Random House India, Pratham Books and Walker Books UK. She has won several awards, including the V&A Illustration Award. Her work has been exhibited across India, the UK, Italy, China and Australia, including at the British Council in New Delhi and the Victoria and Albert Museum in London.

The artworks are from two of Aditi’s picture books, both published by Walker Books UK. One Diwali Day, written by Dev Kothari, is a story about sibling love, family and friendship, set during the Festival of Lights. Aditi’s debut book as both author and illustrator, The Fabric of Us, explores love, loss and the bond between two fathers and their child, woven together through the craft of sewing. The artworks are created using mixed media.
