About the Artwork:

Title: Vernacular future
Medium: 3D

“Vernacular future” Inspired by traditional vessels and organic forms, the collection looks back to vernacular practices and reimagines them for today’s world through renewable materials and innovative processes. Ash black evokes the lifecycle of rice straw—from burning to renewal—while natural tones celebrate colours inherent in nature. The forms embody growth, preservation, and regeneration, reflecting an enduring relationship between craft, land, and ecological healing.
