The research piece includes two components: a literature review and a scoping exercise to bring into consideration relevant literature, research, and evidence from practice that exists about CoPs and an exploratory research with teachers in the selected geographies through observations, Focus Group Discussions (FGD) and in-depth interviews to gain a deeper understanding of how teachers have interacted with, and been impacted by, communities of practice. The data collection agency will assist in the ongoing collaborative research study and is expected to conduct primary surveys using the survey tools developed by the organisations.
