Live IUEC tenders

A list of live tenders will be posted here for the British Council to co-create and co fund projects and interventions with Indian central and State Government partners, which focus on innovation and new approaches and involve engagement with UK organisations to bring mutual benefit to both nations.

Opportunity 1

British Council India is looking to engage an agency to assist in its work with a wide range of partners across the country enabling UK and Indian experts to collaborate in mutually beneficial relationships. With over 70 years of working in India, we are well-positioned to partner with India’s knowledge ambitions and economic growth by creating educational opportunities for people to succeed in the global environment. To that end, we are developing a three-year programme (2019-2022) – India-UK Education Connections (IUEC) - that will build on our track record of developing innovative education and English projects in India which enhance institutional capacity and contribute to systemic change.

This tender is being released under the IUEC programme. The primary objective of this project is to find suitable vendors to conduct scoping studies in various states in the areas of the teaching and learning of English and Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) and Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts and Mathematics (STEAM) education in the primary and secondary sectors.

The vendor shall be expected to do cost efficient, timely delivery of the services and maintain/exceed the quality parameters as specified.
