Well, we’ve got you covered this October as we bring a new ‘The Best of You’ series of skills development workshops to help you manage the above situations successfully. 

Designed and delivered by experts, you’ll participate in a series of exercises, discussions and activities that relate to your actual workplace and scenarios from your daily life. 

Workshop fee: INR 950 per participant per workshop.

Join this highly interactive workshop to help you:

  • understand the difference between feedback and criticism
  • learn techniques to handle criticism effectively
  • be reflective of your responses to criticism
  • understand the importance of resilience in difficult situations
  • become more resilient by identifying deeply embedded beliefs and by prioritising a more balanced and objective viewpoint
  • reframe your beliefs and behaviour to become more resilient.
