Literature and the Arts in the times of pandemic
As part of our Festivals for the Future programme, British Council in association with the Department of English, St Xavier's University, Kolkata, invites you to a vibrant series of webinars titled ‘The Spreading Ink Festival- Literature and the Arts in the times of Pandemic’, starting on Sunday 21 June. These webinars will take the form of interactive panel discussions where, noted academics and artists from the UK and India will speak on different aspects of the effect of the global pandemic caused by COVID-19 on study of literature and arts, and on individuals.
The first webinar titled 'Performing quarantine - The affective economy of a pandemic' is on 21 June at 3 PM .
