Participants will learn a few steps to identify stressful situations and learn strategies to reduce stress and have a sense of self-control in stressful situations; be well-received by co-workers, managers and subordinates; prioritise tasks; how to delegate responsibility; how to touch the middle ground; learn to transform stress into solutions and take positive action.
