This year, the topic of conversation in organisations is on upgrading skills in the workpIace and anticipating those needed in the future for new and current job areas. The British Council is proud to present the Management Week - Skills for the Future from 16 to 19 September with a range of skill workshops that are committed to helping employees at all levels grow and develop towards their future careers.
The workshops are:
- D-I-Y Power Tools for Managers on 16 September
- The Communicator on 17 September
- Unlock Your Creativity – Transformative Thinking Skills on 18 September
- Train the Trainer – Essential Skills on 19 September
We will also have the pleasure to host a special talk on The 9th Habit by international trainer, coach, speaker and author Jeroninio Almeida on 19 September.
The training programmes focus on the main theme of Skills for the Future. Workshops are intended to equip working professionals in business and academic sectors with enabling skills that would help them adapt, learn new skills, think and apply new knowledge at the workplace.
