About the workshop
Self-awareness is probably the most important component in an individual’s armour that is usually missing, because of myriad reasons. Caught, between the web of demands and a deluge of information, humans strive to balance ‘living’ while simultaneously ‘learning’. Resources for living and learning are increasing but focus is decreasing. It is unclear whether ‘More is Less’ or ‘Less is More’! In such a scenario if individuals were more aware of themselves, their goals and their chosen paths the system as a whole would benefit immensely. In this workshop, participants will look at various concepts governing understanding of ‘Self’, and how this knowledge, when applied to daily routine, can help perform as per potential.
