British Council and Dr.Reddy’s Foundation invite you for a talk by Justin Jesudas addressing barriers that prevent inclusion of differently abled persons at work place.
While it is common knowledge that differently abled persons face various challenges at every stage of their life, the biggest hurdle they encounter is the general reluctance to appreciate their abilities as a result of inherent attitudes and beliefs.

Justin Jesudas is a researcher who broke all barriers and left people across countries awestruck with his amazing accomplishment. He is a quadriplegic after a spinal cord injury and an international-level swimmer and the current national Paralympic swimming champion with over 21 gold medals and ranked among the top 20 swimmers in the world for his category. He is also the national champion in rifle shooting for his category. He drives a hand operated car, enjoys long drives, beach surfing and SCUBA diving.
Entry free. Open to all. Participants below age of 18 should be accompanied by parents/adults.
