Put on your thinking caps and get ready for an exciting 3 hour session on  "How to write a book review".

Are you eager to share your opinion about a book you've just read? Tell the world you loved it or hated it or that it left you cold? Learn the most effective way to do it, in a three-hour session on "How to write a book review" conducted by veteran journalist-novelist C.K. Meena with a special focus on reviewing fiction. How to write to length and deadline; the importance of brevity and background knowledge, analysis and constructive criticism. 

At the end you will be given a choice of three Booker-winning novels, one of which you will review by a stipulated date and submit for individual feedback. The best book review will receive a gift from the British Council. 

Age Group: 18 years and above

Entry fee: Rs 750 (for Library members) & Rs 1000 (for non-members)
