Join us for 'Aruna and the Raging Sun' - an outstanding outdoor performance featuring over a 100 differently-abled performers, alongside 24-metre-tall puppets, fireworks, jaw-dropping aerial performances, and a lot more!

Based on the famous Indian legend of Aruna, this large-scale outdoor performance tells a story of disability, climate change, and modern India using giant puppets, aerial performers 50 metres in the air, and large scale projections that together narrate the tale of a differently-abled superhero helping humanity overcome the challenges of climate change -- a story of empowerment, of prevailing against the odds, and of an epic battle to save the earth.

Presented by UK-based Graeae Theatre Company in collaboration with Spanish La Fura dels Baus, British Council, and supported by Arts Council England, Aruna and the Raging Sun provides a huge cultural platform for the promotion of disabled artists and disability rights.

Entry to this exquisite show is free and open to all.

Children (under the age of 18 years) must be accompanied by an adult in order to attend the event.
