About the event: 

Andrew Dickson is a freelance author, journalist and critic, based mainly in London. His essays and reviews have appeared in the New Yorker, the New Statesman, the Wall Street Journal, the London Evening Standard, BBC Culture, and The Guardian. He worked on the Guardian arts desk from 2005 to 2014.

Before that, Andrew was online arts editor, with a brief that also covered art, classical music, photography and architecture.

His new book is Worlds Elsewhere: Journeys Around Shakespeare’s Globe.
