Centre Manager for Computer Based Test Centre
* This vacancy is with BC Examinations and English Services India Pvt Ltd (BCEESIPL), a wholly owned subsidiary company of the British Council. The post holder will manage the Computer Based/Delivered Tests centre and be accountable for the delivery of all CB/CD tests offered there.

Main Opportunities and Challenges for this role:
Be responsible for the overall management if the Test Centre and Test Delivery teams in line with corporate standards
Ensure that CBT/CDT tests are delivered to test takers to the required standards and Pre-test and Post-test services are delivered in time for the Test takers
Provide the highest levels of customer service to all test takers
Ensure equipment and facilities are maintained and functioning at all times to enable uninterrupted test delivery
Responsibility for all Health & Safety aspects which may impact the test centre, its staff and customers
Ability to maintain good working relationship with the Venue Service provider ensuring agreed services are being delivered to the agreed standards.
Identify issues or risks and ensure they are reported through the appropriate channels and in a timely way
Ability to work evenings and weekends as required
