TESS-India Project, funded by UKAid, led by The Open University UK, with support from British Council has occasional short-term project opportunities to be commissioned as and when required, for services such as providing subject expertise, capacity building, process documentation, etc.
We are therefore seeking to widen our database of interested, available and appropriately qualified Academicians as consultants for activities at National and State level.

1. Your latest CV (2 pages maximum excluding publications)
2. Expression of interest (EOI) application form duly filled. It must contain details stating your expertise and eligibility for activities and description of similar assignments in the past
Only shortlisted consultants/agencies will be contacted.
Recruitment process will comprise interview, following which, finally selected consultants will be issued with an umbrella contract. It is the consultant’s responsibility to inform/seek permission from their employer before signing up to the umbrella contract.
No work is guaranteed/assured as a result of the Umbrella contract. The Umbrella contract is an over-arching contract to allow consultants to be recruited into the pool of potential candidates for specific pieces of work, which would be commissioned as and when required.
Before commencement of any assignment, a separate Letter Of Agreement (LOA) will be issued to the consultant with clear deliverables, schedule and the rate payable.
