Come and study English at our teaching centre conveniently located on Kasturba Gandhi Marg in the heart of central Delhi. The building opened in 1992 and has since become a landmark in the city. The exterior black and white Banyan tree mural, designed by Sir Howard Hodgkin, represents life and knowledge.

Exams

We offer a wide range of UK qualifications in India including a variety of English language tests such as IELTS and exams awarded by the prestigious University of Cambridge ESOL. By taking one of these English language exams, you will not only gain an internationally recognised qualification, but also develop your overall proficiency in English.

Libraries

Our British Council library contains an extensive collection of books, magazines, journals and English language DVDs.

Our five storey building provides a student friendly environment with classrooms, an auditorium and the Queen’s Gallery art and exhibition space.

Our British Council library contains an extensive collection of books, magazines, journals and English language DVDs. You can also practise your English over light refreshments at our in-house Temptations café.
