    Over 2 million people took exams with the British Council last year. We offer a wide range of exams, from English tests to school and business qualifications, in more than 90 countries worldwide.

    Teaching is at the heart of our cultural relations work. We have been teaching in India since 1997. We engage with over 20000 people every year through our teaching centres in Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad and Kolkata. We have been offering teacher training courses since 2002.
